Times and deliveries:

Mexicouture seeks to be a conscious consumption platform in which we celebrate "slow fashion". Most of our pieces are made on the spot, to order so there is no waste or overproduction. Because each piece is unique and handmade, there are different shipping policies for each one, each piece has a different delivery time, which will not be more than 20 business days in regular pieces, in PRE ORDER pieces the time will be longer , stipulated in the description of each piece. The delivery time is stipulated in the description of each piece, you will be followed up by email and we will always do everything possible to have it shipped within 5 days of your purchase. Once your part is ready to ship, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your package.

Shipping:

Orders received before 2:00 pm. They will be processed the same day, and orders received after this time will be processed the next business day. The customer will receive notification of their purchase and the time it is processed.

Orders will be processed Monday through Friday. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday and/or holidays will be processed the next business day.

The standard rate for domestic shipments is $150.00 pesos, for international orders $60 usd.

In international shipments, MEXICOUTURE does not cover taxes or customs fees imposed by each country at the time of importation. The customs policies of each country are different, so we cannot predict what that charge will be. Taxes regarding the purchase are the responsibility of the customer. Returns & Exchanges:

All changes and returns must be authorized by Mexicouture.

You have 3 calendar days after the part has been delivered by the courier to make a return. It is necessary to send an email to: atencion@mexicouture.mx indicating the reason for the return. For your convenience, you will be provided with a pre-paid UPS/DHL guide so that you can only print it and paste it on your package. The returned parts must be in perfect condition, new and with their corresponding labels. Once we receive the package to be returned, and its status is checked, your refund will be processed through the same payment method you used in 5 business days. NOTE: $100.00 will be deducted from your total refund as the cost of return.

This same policy applies in case of making a default return, which will have to be verified with images and description in an email during the first 3 calendar days after receiving the purchase.

You have 15 calendar days after the item has been delivered by the courier to make a size change. It is necessary to send an email to: atencion@mexicouture.mx indicating the reason for the change.
